phljili Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights as a Player

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the phljili platform — including any games, promotions, customer support channels, or account features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all interactions you have with phljili, whether through our website, mobile browser, or any other access method we make available.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the phljili platform. Continued use of phljili after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on phljili, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. phljili does not permit players under 21 under any circumstances, and we conduct age verification for all accounts.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines and accessing phljili from within the Philippines. The platform is not available to players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by Philippine gaming regulators. If you have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms, registering on phljili would violate those commitments and these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under any legal restriction that prevents you from doing so, you are not permitted to use phljili.
• You must not be using phljili on behalf of a third party. All accounts must represent a real individual playing for themselves using their own funds.

phljili reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or are reasonably in doubt.

3 Account Registration

To access phljili games and services, you are required to create a registered account. During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on phljili. This includes holding only one account across all devices and access methods. If phljili identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses associated with them may be forfeited at phljili's discretion.

phljili is required to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawals and in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID — such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, or UMID. Failure to complete verification will result in a hold on withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phljili login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. phljili will never ask for your password through any support channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact phljili support immediately. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4 Deposits and Payments

phljili accepts deposits exclusively through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO internet banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Philippine financial institutions. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

You must only deposit money from payment accounts and bank instruments that are registered in your own name. phljili does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment source not matched to your verified identity, the transaction may be reversed and your account reviewed.

The minimum deposit amount at phljili is ₱50. There is no maximum single deposit limit for regular accounts, though transaction limits set by your payment provider may apply. VIP Club members may have higher limits available depending on their tier.

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your phljili wallet almost immediately. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are typically reflected within a few minutes. PESONet and some card transactions may take longer depending on the financial institution involved. phljili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5 Withdrawals

Winnings held in your phljili wallet may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification being complete and no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds in your balance. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.

Standard withdrawal processing at phljili is handled as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes during standard operating hours. InstaPay bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes. PESONet transfers are processed within one business day. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

phljili may request additional identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals, in line with our anti-money laundering obligations. This is a regulatory requirement and not a reflection of any issue with your account. Verified VIP members at Elite and Legend tier are subject to expedited verification review.

Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal cap. VIP Club members at Elite tier and above have this cap raised or removed entirely. Specific limits are displayed in your account settings. phljili reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds for unusually large withdrawal requests.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

phljili offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotions. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time the promotion is advertised.

Most phljili bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a specified number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, which is specified for each promotion.

Bonuses are available to eligible verified accounts only. A player may not claim the same bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or through the same account with multiple payment methods. phljili reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus credits if eligibility conditions are not genuinely met.

Benefits associated with the phljili VIP Club — including cashback, higher limits, and custom bonuses — are governed by the VIP Club programme terms. These are available on the VIP Club page. Cashback credits from VIP rewards have reduced or no wagering requirements, as stated per tier.

Any player identified as abusing promotions — through coordinated play designed to exploit wagering requirements, low-risk hedging strategies, or any other method that violates the spirit of the promotion — may have their bonus cancelled and related winnings voided. phljili monitors promotional activity and applies these rules consistently.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on phljili — including Sabong, Tongits, Live Casino tables, Roulette, sports betting markets, and all others — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface or relevant section pages. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood those rules.

phljili games use certified random number generation systems for applicable titles, and live dealer games are operated by licensed providers under regulated conditions. Game outcomes are not influenced by phljili staff, account standing, or any other external factor. All results are final once confirmed by the game engine or live dealer.

If you believe a game outcome was incorrect, you must raise a dispute with phljili customer support within 48 hours of the relevant game round completing. Disputes raised after this window may not be reviewable. phljili will investigate and provide a response based on recorded game data and system logs, which are the authoritative record of all game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game round — such as a server interruption, disconnection, or game error — phljili reserves the right to void the affected game round and return applicable stakes to player accounts. phljili is not liable for losses that result from a third-party internet or device failure on the player's side.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phljili. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that artificially influences game decisions or account activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in Tongits, Sabong, sports betting, or any other game format.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to phljili immediately.
• Using a phljili account for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine financial regulations.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or falsely under another person's identity.
• Sharing account access with other individuals, including family members.
• Attempting to reverse transactions through your payment provider (chargebacks) for amounts that represent legitimate gaming losses.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward phljili staff or other players through any communication channel.

phljili monitors all account activity for compliance. Players found in violation of these conduct standards will not receive reimbursement of deposited funds that were wagered prior to account closure in confirmed cases of fraud or exploitation.

9 Responsible Gaming

Available player-controlled tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. All tools take effect immediately when activated.

If you choose to self-exclude, phljili will block your account from all gaming activity for the period you specify. During a self-exclusion period, you will not receive any marketing communications from phljili. Self-exclusion periods can be extended but not shortened before the stated end date.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

phljili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances, without prior notice where urgency requires it:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a legal instruction from Philippine regulatory authorities.
• Discovery that an account holder does not meet eligibility requirements.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months with no balance remaining.

When an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your phljili account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any remaining balance should be withdrawn. phljili will confirm account closure within one business day of receiving a verified request.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

phljili collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using phljili, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Your personal information will not be sold to third parties. phljili may share data with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law. We use industry-standard encryption to protect all personal and financial data transmitted through the phljili platform.

You have the right to request access to the personal data phljili holds about you and to request corrections where that data is inaccurate. Contact our support team to make a data access or correction request.

12 Limitation of Liability

phljili provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uptime, security, and fairness, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or free of technical errors.

phljili's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. phljili is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from a player's reliance on information published on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits phljili's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by phljili's proven negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

13 Changes to These Terms

phljili may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, phljili will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of phljili after updated Terms have been published and notified constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to a change in these Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question of its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be addressed through phljili's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team.

If a dispute is not resolved through the internal process within 30 days, it may be escalated to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. Both phljili and the player agree to cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process.

You agree to resolve any dispute on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action. Any legal proceedings must be filed within one year of the event giving rise to the dispute.
